These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the services offered by Job-Nutriscore Product Manager on the website job-nutriscore.eu, the associated PWA, and the Chrome extension.

Use of the services implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Job-Nutriscore Product Manager provides tools to analyze Product Manager job offers and assign them a Job-Nutriscore score (A to E). The services include:

• Analysis of offers by manual entry (copy-paste of text)
• Analysis of offers by URL (automatic content extraction)
• Company rankings based on the quality of their offers
• Display of the score directly on job offer pages (Chrome extension)
• "Junk food prize of the week" vote on D or E rated offers (one vote per week per user, on URL-analyzed offers only)

3. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content they submit for analysis.

When the user submits a job offer by copy-pasting text or by providing a URL:

• They ensure they have the necessary rights or authorizations to use this content.
• They guarantee that the URL provided points to a job offer page they are authorized to view and analyze.
• They are responsible for the legality of the content pasted or accessible via the URL.

Job-Nutriscore Product Manager exercises no control over the content submitted by users and disclaims all liability for illegal content, content protected by copyright, or content transmitted in violation of the terms of use of the source sites.

4. Lawful use

The user agrees to use the services in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms of Service. The following are notably prohibited: use for fraudulent purposes, submission of counterfeit or illegally obtained content, abusive use of the services that may harm their availability.

5. Intellectual property

The services, trademarks and editorial content of Job-Nutriscore Product Manager are protected by intellectual property law. The user acquires no rights over these elements.

6. Limitation of liability

The analysis results provided by Job-Nutriscore Product Manager are indicative and generated by artificial intelligence tools. They do not constitute legal or professional advice. The user uses these results at their own responsibility.

Job-Nutriscore Product Manager cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.

7. Availability

The services are provided "as is". Job-Nutriscore Product Manager strives to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Modifications

Job-Nutriscore Product Manager reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. The last updated date will be updated at the top of the document. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
